Service Call Fee

Rate: $75

Details: Includes travel to your RV location within a 30-mile radius from my base location.

This fee ensures you receive prompt service while keeping travel costs transparent and predictable. Additional fees for parts or labor will be communicated separately.

Hourly Rate

Rate: $150 per hour (one-hour minimum applies)

Details: Includes routine maintenance and repairs.  This fee does not cover the cost of any parts that may be needed for the service. Parts will be billed separately and clearly communicated before installation. 

warranty Rate

Rate: $250 per hour (one-hour minimum applies)

Details: Includes diagnostic services and direct communication with warranty company on behalf of the customer (if authorization is provided).  This fee does not cover the cost of any parts that may be needed for the service. Parts will be billed separately and clearly communicated before installation. 

Emergency Services

Rate: $200 per hour (one-hour minimum applies)

Details: For urgent, same-day service requests and services provided outside of regular business hours.
